We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing assistant to add to our growing team in London. The ideal candidate is a creative individual who has previous experience working in an e-commerce or marketing environment; and can succesfully manage multiple ongoing projects and campaigns. You will be responsible for the day to day marketing efforts of the business while working closely with the founder and team.
HOURS
Part time - 15-20 hours per week (Hybrid Working)
TASKS
- Content creation for social media platforms, includes video content (filming and editing), photo content and audio content.
- Creating communications via email campaigns
- Managing company Tiktok account, posting videos daily and community management
- Managing content creators for outsourced content creation (UGC)
- Schedule and manage our social feeds, overseeing content calendars, responding to messages, and the the creation of assets and copy
- Design elements for our owned content and other assets required
- Support to deliver influencer, product launch and seasonal campaigns, including assisting in planning and on delivering photoshoots, and digital campaigns
- Create and design email campaigns via figma and/or adobe suite and klaviyo that show-case premium products and engage our customers
- Manage the merchandising of our products on our website working within Shopify
-Copywriting
- Compiling and distributing information such as website and social media analytics
- Support any additional projects as required, including our seasonal events.
- Managing Google Retail Shopping account for product listings
- Managing blog site and publishing blog posts
WHO YOU ARE
- Minimum of 2 year industry experience in a similar marketing role
- Proficient designer, who can make creative assets, from Instagram stories to flyers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, photoshop required) ; Figma (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of beauty and personal care industry
- experience with Marketing platforms such as Tiktok, Instagram, Pinterest and Snapchat
- Has excellent organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Great working attitude and able to work independently towards targets
- Undergraduate degree in relevant subject (preferred)
- Ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment keeping up with deadlines as a priority
- Excellent communication and writing skills
SALARY
20,000 pro rata

We are currently seeking an Operations Assistant to add to our growing team in London. Are you organized? Hardworking and Can work in a face-paced environment?
The ideal candidate follows protocol and can think quickly and strategically to solve any issues that may arise to ensure that products are shipped quickly, accurately and safely; they also can equally, successfully manage multiple projects as you will be responsible for the day to day operations support of the business all while working closely with the team. Our ideal candidate is a highly reliable hardworking individual that can commit to the weekly hours required.

TASKS
PICK PACKING
- Pick and collate orders for customers from customer order sheets efficiently & within required targets while following company packing procedures and standards
- Product inventory recording
- Packing equipment inventory recording
- Royal mail system management - managing orders & generating postage labels
- Picking and checking, click and collect orders
- Meeting the customers in the office for click and collect
- Work with internal systems to ensure that customers have accurate and full stock availability at all times
PRODUCTION & MANUFACTURING
- Becoming multi-skilled in the preparation, filling, labeling sanitisation and packaging of products
- Inventory Management
- General duties also include loading and unloading
- Cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and floors on a regular basis
- Maintain quality control standards and operating procedures
- Keep the warehouse running smoothly in a clean and organized environment
- Identify issues or potential problems ahead of time and address these in a timely manner
- Compliance with all appropriate procedures and documentation to follow health, safety and quality standards, including factory inspections to ensure rules are being followed
- Cooperate with team members to meet production targets
- Manufacturing product in batches
- Production - Cleaning & Filling
- Cleaning production equipment
- Quality control inspection
- Organizing production equipment
- Move and locate goods in the warehouse
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
- Monitoring the stock levels of product daily
- Performing stock and inventory controls via a computer system
- Correct application of date labels, barcodes and product labels to product
- Quality control: inspect goods to see that they are not damaged or broken. Reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
