We are currently seeking a pick packer to add to our growing team in South East London, where you will pack finished products in accordance with our standard packaging procedures while maintaining quality standards and efficient production. The ideal candidate follows protocol and can think quickly and strategically to solve any issues that may arise to ensure that products are shipped quickly, accurately and safely. Our ideal candidate is a highly reliable hardworking individual that can commit to the weekly hours required who is also exceptionally detail-oriented and is able to track and complete multiple facets of product packaging from start to delivery. 

Ultimately, you will work in a fast-paced environment, and you will be responsible for the wellbeing and accuracy of items shipped to our customers. 

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


HOURS

Part time - 2/3 DAYS A WEEK

10- 15 hours per week

TASKS


PACKING



- Weighing customer order packages and labeling them appropriately

- Pick and collate orders for customers from customer order sheets efficiently & within required targets while following company packing procedures and standards

- Accurately record and verify information onto the customer order sheets, packing orders correctly and accurately to be sent off with shipping courier

OFFICE MANAGEMENT

- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by cleaning working areas daily

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

- Performing stock and inventory controls via a computer system

- Correct application of date labels, barcodes and product labels to product

- Verify compliance with quality, safety, production standards, work rules, and efficient operation of equipment

- Quality control: inspect goods to see that they are not damaged or broken. Reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.

- Organizing product by category, type and batch

AD HOC

- Help the relevant management in identifying solutions to any problems identified



SALARY


£9.40 per hour

We are looking for extremely organized, hands-on, diligent people to join our in-house production team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about working within the personal care industry. Experience is a bonus however no former experience is required,  This is an entry-level role and training will be provided.  

 

TASKS

  • Manual handling of finished product
  • Becoming multi-skilled in the preparation, filling, labeling sanitisation and packaging of products
  • Packing finished products into boxes, labeling and preparing for packaging operations and dispatch team
  • General duties also include loading and unloading, and quality inspection of final products.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and floors on a regular basis
  • Keeping the production floor clean and tidy
  • The insight and confidence to suggest operational improvements to aid efficiency
  • Maintain quality control standards and operating procedures
  • Monitoring the stock levels of consumables
  • Follow health, safety and quality standards, including factory inspections to ensure rules are being followed
  • Cooperate with team members to meet production targets

We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to add to our growing team in London. The ideal candidate is a creative and proactive individual who has previous experience working in an ecommerce business environment; and can successfully manage multiple projects. You will be responsible for the day to day administrative support of the business while working closely with the founder

Tasks

  • Promptly managing incoming and outgoing post 
  • Inbox management relating to invites, deleting emails where appropriate, highlighting urgent actions and filing emails as required
  • Formatting and typing up documents
  • Assisting marketing with contact database and ad hoc tasks
  • Office management, replenishment and organization, purchasing stationery and office supplies
  • Liaising with external providers as required
  • Answering telephone, relaying messages
  • Office management greeting clients, arranging refreshments.
  • Ad hoc administrative support to the team as required
  • Invoice management, managing, filing and fulfilling invoices to external stakeholders
  • Event management and planning 

Salary

17,500 pro rata
